Would prefer if it wasn't totally romance focused though and does not have a strong harem focus of girls falling for him for dumbest reasons like how he is supposedly really kind. Don't mind romance or harem but I feel if its focused too much on that then it'll be filled with useless shit like god damn cooking contests or some crap.

The less moe crap, the better would like a more realistic feeling if possible and if wasn't so god damn pathetic but somehow has some artificial power that only the characters can see but not us readers. fuck that shit.

what are you looking for a manga or a novel?
Mushoku tensei is something like what you describe (it is seinen and has some mature content) the web novel chapters are all translated, the manga i don't know

Hai to Gensou no Grimgal (Novel) a more realistic intake on what it is like in fantasy world
Kumo Desu ga, Nani ka? + novel - badass female protagonist. Very interesting read, no romance so far.
The New Gate + novel - cool male lead. There is romance but it is not the annoying type.
Juuni Kokki the anime is your only option here. Pretty good
No Game No Life a lot of moe but not in your face. Worth the read.
Drifters very seinenish and violent.
