Looking for a manga where the MC acts & looks one way at work/school, but transforms into a totally different person away from his coworkers/costudents/family.

Just for example, let's say the manga was about a guy who is a stiff ornery nerd who wears glasses & dresses conservatively. But after school/work, he goes dancing at the club. He's wearing contacts, his long hair that he hides in a braid tucked into his shirt is lose, his unbottoned shirt reveals he has tattoos & wears a lot of jewelry, & he's a total party animal. He doesn't want his coworkers/costudents/family to know what he's really like behind the mask he wears, but someone finds out.

Or maybe she seems really sweet, goofy. & plays dumb, & is living as a student/businesswoman, but she's actually very conniving, manipulative, serious secret agent/villain/hero. (One example I can think of is Gokusen). Or still another example, an adult trapped in a child's body who pretends to be a dumb kid around certain people but is really someone to be reckoned with & not underestimated. (Probably like Detective Conan).

Does not need romance. Can be any genre (gag/comedy/4koma/parody, historical, action/adventure, crime drama, horror, sci-fi, etc) If it has any romance/sex at all, it has to be BL/yaoi.
