Can be teacher/student, incest, or just two people who aren't allowed to be together for whatever particular reason. Doesn't matter how, just as long as it's forbidden love

I would say Shinobi Life or Basilisk but I think you've read those.

try ichigo no gakkou... its a forbidden love story about a teacher and his student who live together with their child (it literally says this in the summary so not much spoiler here haha ...but its basically about the two of them trying to stick it out through their scandal i guess...its only up to two chapters so far but it definately sparked some of my interest
