I am looking for a sweet romance without to much drama. Something lighthearted with lots of feel good moments. I would prefer completed manga but if its really good incomplete is ok to. No yaoi or yuri please and nothing to ecchi but a little is ok.

Lovely Complex wasn't too dramatic either and it was definitely pretty funny. Don't know whether or not it's finished since I watched the anime version.

Bokura ga Ita is NOT sweet and cute. It's tragedy and drama.
Even the anime didn't end cutely.
Check out Usami Maki's manga. She has done many short, cute and sweet stories, and most of them are scanlated. 🙂

bokura ga ita was cute and the "end" of the anime wasnt bad...
but that manga is not what u r looking for..
i think Hana to Akuma is a cute manga

And maybe, in a less romantic (more romantic comedy i think) way, The Hating Girl, one of my favorites of all time :3

Another one is Ultra Maniac - it's cute, feel-good and is devoid of any heavy drama.
There's Sugar Sugar Rune - it's been licensed and all volumes are translated and available to buy. It falls in the magical girl genre, but it's a fantastic read.
Another one is Mekakushi no Kuni. Completely scanlated - it has its serious moments but the cute moments dominate. And it has a happy ending.
And I would also recommend Fujoshi Kanojo - a very funny story about a guy who starts dating a girl who is an otaku.
