If you are feeling down and you really want to keep your mind off of things, this manga is perfect. It's funny and you will love all of the characters in it. Personally I love Tamaki and Hunny Senpai they give you good laughs. It's also very romantic as well, cute guys charming girls and going out of their way to make sure each girl feels precious. The perfect manga for us ladies... I want to know how it ends! Don't get me wrong, I love Hikaru but i would personally love to see Haruhi end up with Tamaki.

Why is the Anime stoping in the middle? 0.o
They miss half of the point, I think so anyway.

This is an awesome manga that is hilarious and really quite a piece of work on its own. The characterizations are wonderful, everyone in the host club has their own distinctive charm and it really becomes hard to choose a favourite character.

That being said, the romantic aspects of this series evolves quite slowly. It would be a great read of a manga once the mangaka is finished the entire series and you read it through in one sitting. But for those of us who wait for the monthly updates, the slow romantic developments can make the manga seem tiring at times.

Nevertheless, it's a great manga. I highly recommend the anime version to this manga as well, which is completed and absolutely fantastic as well.

This sort of seems like a slice-of-life based off of many problems. One of them is that Tamaki and Haruhi don't realize they like each other until like 60 something chapters (first flaw ; slow development) but the comedy really made up for it. i love the funny art and I like how Haruhi seems a little different and weirder than most shoujo chars. Tamaki is also very cute. He's not the quiet but kind person underneath, he's the childish cute and caring person. I really like tamaki and haruhi, plus the other chars make me laugh. I really like the characters made in here, but the plot was a little boring at some points. Especially when readers expect it to be a romance but it really isnt until recent chapters

I thought this series was really overrated at first. "A poor girl with her own mini-harem of bishounen at a rich school with a debt she'll never be able to pay off? Seriously now?" But I decided to check it out before I really confirm my thoughts. The anime made me laugh out loud many times... and let's just say, I'm not the type to do that often. This is a light read. It has it's dramatic moments but they quickly recover to something bright.

As many mentioned, Haruhi isn't your "damsel in distress". She's pretty knowledgeable and innocent at the same time. It's a nice mix for the heroine.

It's gotten pretty dramatic so far because of troubles that could harm Tamaki's "family" ideals. I found some chapters random but all in all, the series' pretty good.

I actually watched the anime first. I thought it was good but wished there was more romance and wanted to continue with the story, so I started reading the manga about a week ago. I wasn't dissapointed, but the story was a little bit ..., because first there was the comedy and then BAM, the romance. It took so many chapters until the romance REALLY started happening [boy was the development slow]. And I did like the comedy, but 30-40 chapters of it was kind of tiring [since I'm more of a a Romance-freak than comedy]. I almost wanted to skip chapters, but didn't because I'd be in total wreck asking myself if I should have read it. Still, the characters are SOO dense and don't really know if they like each other.

I did like the story, a good and VERY unique one. It's actually one of my favorites. I loved how the ouran host club is so unpredictable.

My favorite characters are the Hitachiin brothers [Hikaru especially], then Kyoya/Tamaki. At first, I was like...eww, those two brothers are gay, and then after getting to know more about them and their past, I was like...aww!
Plus, I find Tamaki really weird. He's always going to a corner and sulking when other club members don't agree on something with him or whatever...I can't say I hate it though. It's kinda...cute?...=D

At first, I was really skeptical of this series, constantly comparing it and criticising it. There was no plotline whatsoever, and the characters were shallow.

Or so I thought.

The last twenty or so chapters has allowed me to glimpse into their lives and selves more, and has portrayed them in different light as compared to the rest of the series. I find myself actually wanting to know what happens next, and, of course, enjoying the comdy moments crucial to this series.

I LUVVVVV ouran! It's hilarious with romance of course ( a chic with a club of gorgeous rich guys, what do u expect?). I don't like Hatori's style much, but i got use to it This story kept me addicted for a while lol. But, they never age, which is weird. Hunny and Mori never graduated, which is weird, but im glad cuz i love them. And, it'll be really sad when it ends.

well i can't really say i love the manga but i love the anime! totally funny its the kind you can see again and again but not get tired of it...cracks me up every time ^^

The story of the 2 last episodes of the Ouran was great. It was an unexpected twist and great ending.. Hoping there'll be next episodes... This is one of the great manga! ^_^
