Im looking for a manga which centers around an author/book writer and his/her stuggles. Think Slam Dunk (or any other sports manga) but related to writing. I think its pretty hard to find and thats why Im asking for your help

Definitely Mahoraba. 
If you also want manga where some characters are writers or there are just some parts about that (i.e. School Rumble) I can suggest more, but if you need that as the main theme, that's all I can come up.
