Do you want something like Rosario+Vampire but the leading guy is not normal, he's the same with the girls and it's not harem? It has the same theme as Rosario+Vampire. Or do you want something exactly with the theme you're looking for?

Shina Dark is kind of good... not great... so don't judge my tastes.
Kami nomi zo Shiru Sekai is VERY good... and it may fix in the future
Umi no Misaki is good and the girls are weird in their personalities and traditions... no blood sucking in here, but I hope something else gets sucked sooner or later...
Ai Kora so is a harem manga... and... and... is full of cliches... can be somewhat funny sometimes
