In the manga, I want the main character to "die". The sort of scenarios I am looking for are:
-They faked their death
-There was a deadly situation that caused people to believe they were dead (such as the parents dying when the main character was a baby and there was no trace of the baby, leaving people to believe that he/she was dead)
-They actually died, but were revived somehow.
I am looking for things like that. I don't care if it has romance, shounen-ai, shoujo-ai, no romance, etc., but no hentai, please.

The Count of Monte Cristo I didn't read it but I'm assuming since I read the book and watched the anime. And sorry for the off topic, but the book by Dumas is one of the best adventure/revenge story of all times and it's all about a fake death, so I highly suggest you to try it if you can.
