I'm a sucker for adventure/fantasy/historical manga/anime as much as the nest guy
but I'm kinda sick of the

1. the Victorian Europe
2. Japaneses historical period
3. Chinese historical period

Are there any historical fantasy awsome anime manga that features different culture? like how magi have arabic culture. maybe something Mesopotamian, african, egypt, mesoamerican, native americans, arabic, india, mongolia and so on. just NOT the three above.

I didn't get if they also need to be fantasy or they can be just historical manga... well anyway I'll list both.

Normal history:
Otoyomegatari anatolia/middle east XIX sec.
Historie Ancient Greece
Vinland Saga North Europe, XI sec.
Agrippa Gallia, I sec. B.C.
Ad astra Ancient Rome III sec. B.C. I really wish someone would translate this. sad

Fantasy history:
Red River Ancient Anatolia
Chrno Crusade USA 1920s
Shin Angyo Onshi uh... I don't know if this can be considered okay for you. It's at the end of Joseon era (end of XIX sec) in Korea, so maybe it's too similar to Chinese historical period? Don't know so I'm saying it anyway.
Gunslinger Girl don't know if this could count, it's alternative present Italy (so sci-fi not fantasy). Still it's very good and it goes in detail on some aspects of the "Years of Lead" (the so called left wing terrorism in Italy during 1970s).
Ookami to Koushinryou This isn't set in a real world, but I'm suggesting it anyway since it's a fantasy world with medieval setting and the economy part still is very good.

I'd suggest
Witches : a collection of short stories about - well - witches; chapter one and two takes place in turkye, three is about natives south american, four is somewhere like russia, the other ones are less exotic.
Ares : in a fantasy world, but it still looks like roman antiquity.

Basara - although it is about Japan history(sorta), but the background don't seem like it at all since most of the times they're at some desert looking place.
Crazy Girl Shin Bia - It may look like the Chinese Historical period, but it's actually the Korean Historical period.
Hanatsukihime - at some country in Middle-East
Reimei no Arcana - at Senan and Belquat, which I have absolutely no idea where these places belongs to.
The bride of the water god - Well, the MC married to the god, and that place should be considered some heavenly place, so it'll be of different culture?

EDIT: Yume no Shizuku, Ougon no Torikago - Greece, and really nice but sadly not a fantasy manga. Worth a try though!
