just no horror, mecha, unresolved harem, prostitution/rape/ etc smut, tragedy.
also i would prefer if it was already complete- waiting a year or more for stuff to end is such a drag.

Hana no Kishi and W Juliet are quite nice. Judging from the manga you listed dunno how you'll like them. Worth a shot though

I'll second W Juliet as a completed series (also w/a short 2nd "season" of 2 volumes). You could also try Family Compo... though it is not complete, and doesn't quite fit the genre requested.

There is also Tokyo Crazy Paradise, which is complete, but is more an action genre than a romance, for all that there is plenty of relationship tension. It was the first series done by the mangaka who does Skip Beat, if that helps as a reference.

I would third W Juliet. It is really good and I typically don't read shoujo stuff. It is more towards trying to keep the secret of the crossdresser to keep a promise and the situations that arise that put that secret in jeopardy.
