Bara no Maria's main girl, I think she has red hair. Or akagami no shirayukihime's main character has red hair too.

Kahoko in La Corda D'Oro.
Karen, at least I think that's her name, has red hair in Naruto, but she's not a main character. Plus she appears much, MUCH later.

The first redhead that comes to my mind that no one has mentioned is is Mai Tokiha, the main character of Mai-HIME. Or alternatively from the same series, Midori Sugiura and Nao Yuuki are also redheads.
