1. Yukino Miyazawa from "Kare Kano" (can be seen in my icon). She's smart, funny, confident, friendly, ambitious, loving and down to earth. An ideal person IMO except for the whole teenage pregnancy thing...but that turned out all right too.

2. Maho from "Kare Kano" For all appearances she's the polar opposite of Yukino but in reality they share the same intelligence, drive, confidence, and passion...except Maho appears to be more cool, calm, and collected. Her ending/romance was ultimately more appealing to me than Yukino's.

3. Haruhi from "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzimiya" She's eccentric, self confident, bossy, smart, funny, and she's a god. What's not to love?

4. Haruhi from "Ouran" She's smart, down to earth, blunt, confident, perceptive, and fearless...<3

5. Chichiro/Sen from "Spirited Away". She's cute, real, clumsy, and hardworking.

6.Sakura from "Naruto Shippuden". She made real progress from her criminally annoying character when they were kids but she grew up and became her own person. The loss of Sasuke was the best thing that could happen to her character...

hmmm...there's more but I gotta sleep.
