Ranma 1/2 - Shounen, Completed: Romance, Comdey, Action (Highly recomended)
Pretty Face- Shounen, Completed: Romance, Comedy
[m]Mx0[m] - Shounen, Not Complted: Romance, Comedy, Action (to be honest the romance part seems to die down not to far in though)
Urusei Yatsura - Shounen, Completed: Romance, Comedy (to be honest I don't know WHAT you would classify the lead male as, maybe really horny?)

H3 School is really good. The female lead is really cool... Hehe and Stroke Material where the female lead is really GREAT *hint: She's called Yumi-sama by her boyfriend*! Both are shoujo, the latter more towards the smut side. Also among the shoujo manga Tokyo Crazy Paradise is seriously funny and the leads are good... most of the time.
I haven't read enough of the other genres to be able to come up with any titles but I'm sure there's quite a few out there.
All of the ones I've mentioned are fully scanlated although, thank god, AYR Kingdom is doing new releases of TCP in higher quality. The old ones aren't that great but I'm still happy it was scanlated. I'm going to grab AYR's releases and get rid of the old ones.

Yeah, that manwha was ok but I got pissed off at the male protagonists instead. I think that the greatest problem with Hwang Mi Ri's manwha is that the endings imo can't really be called endings. But she's great at comedy!
