For me it's Sakura Gari and Ai no Kusabi..I didn't actually shed tears, but they are really heart-wrenching yet heart-warming at the same time I would consider it closest to crying

I'm seconding the first story in Lovers and Souls.

You have to be stronger than I not to weep buckets at Un Carnet de Bal.

i cry whenever it's coming to the sad parts or when someone dies ='(
(mostly internal cries, and then i suppress watery tears from falling..)

in addition to the above, the below comes to mind:
The Heart of Thomas (shounen-ai)
Hybrid Child (shounen-ai)
Demian Shoukougun

The ending of Complex made me cry...

I also second 1999 Shanghai and Boys Next Door.

i dont remember if i cried with Haru wo Daite Ita but is not really a manga to cry for .. that would be just me.. i dont remember though..

and i highly dooubt i cried with any other BLs .. i havent read sakura G btw lol
