I'm looking for manga where preferably the protagonist gives advice to and helps out their love interest pursue their love interest. The protagonist's love interest shouldn't be aware of the protagonist's feelings.

This happens in Video girl ai, the main character likes a girl, but she likes someone else and frequently talks to the main character about it and he encourages her.
