Shounen/Seinen with Romance
Hatsukoi Limited is a nice entertaining read, with lots of characters that have love triangles/polygons, etc. Enjoyable manga, but not really a masterpiece.
I still recommend it, it has nice art. 😮
And some likeable characters.
Anyways, try;

so..
Watashi no Messiah-sama
Bakuman(it shows some sign of romance but i'm not sure)
Watashitachi no Tamura-kun
Kimi no Iru Machi
Honeymoon Salad
Haru yo koi
Otomari Honey
Hatsukoi Limited
Wild Pitch
Aflame Inferno
Kamisama Damono
(check my list you might see something you like cuz i'm a fan of the genre)
Some of the titles don't have romance as the main genre but somehow its potentially there.
and to sidetrack a bit, since I'm also a fan of shounen/romance/ecchi/harem/etc there was a time when I couldn't find anymore manga's to read because I've pretty much seen all the popular titles. So my solution was to look at shoujo's that's told from a guy point of view, to give little of that shounen feel.
so.. you might like wanna check on
D N Angel,
Men's Kou.
Don't only look straight, look also to the sides, usually the essential isn't in front of you, but beside you.

edit: Also, would anyone else vouch for Hatsukoi Limited? Or is it just too inferior compared to Ichigo 100% which is the manga that followed it up.
Both crap.
My suggestions:
I's
Elfen Lied highly suggested
Kurozuka
Vampire Juujikai
World Embryo not romance so far, but it's the author of Chrno Crusade, so...
D-Ash
Akuma Jiten
Mx0
Parallel
Last ones are a little inferior, but still enjoyable.

Ahhh... Just finished Mahoraba. What a great manga. Though I skipped through 1 or 2 side stories it's just so nice to read a manga with such a happy ending. Now I feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside.
Thanks for all the other suggestions guys, also read through Hatsukoi Limited (didn't like it because of the overall format ; too many people at once) and Vampire Juujikai.
Not sure if I should read Ah My Goddess or not because it's supposed to be extremely slow paced :?
