So Im looking for a manga based off a fairy tale or maybe with some elements. Some examples could be. Heart no kuni no alice(shoujo), Lost Boys(shounen ai), Shirayukihime To 7 Nin No Shuujin
It can be any fairytale and any genre... but let it make sense

There's also Cinderella Boy, although that might not be exactly what you're looking for.

There are also lots of mangas based on Asian fairytales--like the mangas that are about Genji (though I'm not sure that's a fairytale, ha)

This may be stretching it, but I love: Akagami no Shirayukihime

I say 'fairytale' cause the title translates to "Red-haired Snow White"
They started out with some small similarities to Snow White (prince, apple, etc), but it has progressed on it's own from there. A great story, even if it's not exactly what you're looking for I think you should give it a try =)

If you're looking for something with a fairy tale theme, you could search for manga tagged with "Fairy Tale" or "Based on a Classic".

Some of suggestions from my own reading list are
- Swan Prince by Bi. It plays the tale of "Swan Princess" with reversed gender roles.
- Akazukin to, Koisuru Ookami by TAKAMARU Kou which is a light-hearted and loosely based variation on "Little Red Riding Hood".
- Little Witch's Diary by Yi Huan. It is not a fairy tale itself but has a lot of references to famous fairy tales.
- Akazukin to Yasashii Ookami by Palmeros. Another version of "Little Red Riding Hood" but a very bleak one at that. Skillfully told, it left me speechless.
