Hello! Ever since I read the manga, Apocalypse no Toride, I've been getting a huge craving for mangas about people who are "surviving" somewhere.
Like, the characters are sent to a place where they have to kill each other, or the world becomes infested with scary zombies/creepy creatures/monsters.
I'm not really picky, so I don't have much specifics. Romance would be an awesome addition but I'm okay either way!
I'd prefer shoujo but hey, what are the odds of finding a survival manga with sunshines, rainbows, and unicorns?
Here are some I've read:

With zombies:
Highschool of the Dead
Zombie Loan which is not really about survival or anything but eh, why not.
I am a Hero

With creepy creatures:
Cage of Eden
Green Worldz
Soukai no Eve

Where they have to kill each other:
Btooom!
Battle Royale

Also, not really the same as killing each other, but there's a huge debt waiting for them if they lose so.. I'll be adding this too.
Liar Game This manga really made me think. Huh, now I want a manga which makes you use your logic. xD Please feel free to put mangas like Liar Game xD I'm so happy it's normally updated!

Well, that's it for my request! biggrin biggrin

hmm.. I would say Jisatsutou (AKA Suicide Island). A bunch of suicidal kids get thrown in an abandoned Island, where they find out that they want to live. I think the first chapters aren't that great, but afterwards it's a very good reading.

Bokurano (kind of)
Coppelion
Eden - It's an Endless World!
Kiseijuu
Master Keaton (a lot more down-to-earth with more strategy)
Torikago no Tsugai
Tokyo Girls Destruction

There's also Kurosagi and Montage (Watanabe Jun) which are not necessarily survival manga but worth the read, since they're in-line with the strategy/logic bits you seem to like with Liar Game. (In the latter, the protagonists are also on the run.)

Spiral - Suiri no Kizuna could also fit, since the protagonist does put his life at stake whenever he's solving mysteries. The author's other work Zetsuen no Tempest could almost fit too. Again, not necessarily survival though.

There are already many threads about survival mangas, but here are two original ones :

Kiss Wood. Old man stranded in world full of trees/plants. Not your typical action oriented manga though.

Rure You wanted a shoujo. Well here is one. Quite good but scanlation seems to have been dropped.
