Can anyone recommend a manga wherein the main character is betrayed by the one he/she loves then join the enemy?
Recommend anything except yuri and hentai.

If I understood your request correctly, then A Night of a Thousand Dreams should fit. But the one who was 'betrayed' is not exactly the main character - he is the second-most important character in the story. He's around almost all the time, so I still think it counts.

What do you mean join the enemy? Who? The girl or the one that betrayed her?
Silver (FUJITA Kazuko) she's betrayed by the person she loves and he ends up being the bad guy.

Except Faeries Landing, all the other mangas/manhwas in my list have guys whose lovers/love interest, really tried to take their lives, and Rebirth and Chronicles of the Cused Sword perfectly fits your bill, that is, the girls not only try to kill they also join the main guy's nemesis.
