Nana
Absolute Boyfriend
Itazura Na kiss!
I like alot of watase yuu's works but my fave would have to fushigi yuugi!!
I am also a yazawa ai fan. My fave of her's would have to be nana of course. I didn't realize i was her fan until i read all her other works and i wanted to look up the authors. Hana yori dango is really good, made me laugh alot. My fave of all would have to be Tokyo Crazy Paradise, I think that is the best shoujo Tsukasa pawns!!!

But now i really like akuma to love song and cat street!!!

U cant really say that THIS one is the best shoujo like one cant say Marilyn Monroe is the sexiest woman of all time, but I guess I do tend to re-read Kodocha the most so yeah..

I'm gonna try to not write down any cliche shoujo mangas here... Don't mind the fact that I may have written a few josei mangas down there, it's sort of equivalent to shoujo... right?
Vampire Knight
Wallflower
Nodame Cantabile
Nana
Bokura ga Ita
Special A
Full Moon wo Sagashite
Shinshi Doumei Cross
Koukou Debut
Beauty Pop (and it's sequel)
Cat Street
Penguin Revolution
Akuma to Love Song

The few onces I like and can remember now:
Mars
Fruits Basket
Houkago Hokenshitsu
Boyfriend (SOURYO Fuyumi)
penguin kakumei
And all sorts of bittersweet short shoujo by sahara mizu
Edit:
yuki kaori's shoujo.
Even though it's confusing....
Hrodulf and Bjornolfr, you will not be forgotten.

I laugh at the fact that some people think I''s and Ah! My Goddness are shojo. Those types have the very obvious male-targeted content, unlike some elusive shonen titles. If the authors wanted them to be shojo, they should have drawn bishonen and smut for the manga. I am sure they would probably attract females readers even if everything else remained the same.
Shojo titles I think are good:
God Child and Boys Next Door by Yuki Kaori
Natsume Yujincho
Night Exile by Akino Matsuri
Kiruto by Takahashi Miyuki
Trinity Blood
All with male protagonists.
And I was very impressed by a couple of works by Momochi Reiko, esp. the one where a group of teenagers form a "business" and sell the girls' used panties to some old men (not sure about the name sorry). It's truly unique, exploring serious and complex social issues in a thiller way, with shocking ending.

1.) Goong
2.) Hana Kimi
3.) Love Monster
I can think of a few other Mangas/Manhwas that I like as much as these but I named these ones cause their long... they lasted... None of those short rushed endings that I often see in short shoujo mangas and manhwas.

Great choice of shoujos you got there! I love them too! Its not the typical cliche shoujo types..
as for me.
-
Godchild (yes..its EPIC)
-
Antique Romance
-
Ludwig Kakumei
I also adore works by Midorikawa Yuki esp. Scarlet chair and Hotaru no koe.
The Josei mangas by Mitsukazu Mihara. Cute mangas like Karakuri Odette and the works by Ogura Akane.
The best smut would be the smut by Yoshihara Yuki.
and for the record, I fucking HATE the smuts by Shinju Mayu and Minami Kanan.. and I find their mangas + Desire Climax, Hot Gimmick, Love Monster and several other shoujo one-shots VERY VERY OFFENSIVE to me.

I hate them too! Those smut manga, is just sex sex sex sex, and no real plotline/story/characters/anything! And that is why I stopped reading those mangaka because all their manga is the same.
/ontopic:
Right now, Beauty Pop is still my favorite. Followed by Crimson Hero 🙂
