I'm looking for a shounen/seinen with a good romance(kinda like Girlfriend),because i've read almost everythig there is in that section.
Check in my reading/finished list first before making sugestion.

Ok, first of all, you read a lot, so I'll put something even if I think that fits only relatively.
Chrno Crusade same mangaka of World Embryo that you read, kind of similar feeling to the story, I liked it very much. Romance is not very explicit but play a lot of importance in the story.
D-Ash this definitely fits. Many people don't like it, I personally liked it, so I can only suggest to read and try it.
Full Metal Panic! again, funny story. Try it.
Shin Angyo Onshi romance is not so important until the last part of the story. Not really a romance manga but is very good so maybe you can try it if you run out of options.
Vampire Juujikai try it, there is romance even if it's not in the tags.
Dei Ecchi Ei typical ecchi story. Read it without great expectations, good to pass time.
And when you're tired of romance, try what you didn't read in my signature.

Well, FMP and CC are completely scanned, so there are obviously not more release since that time. 
And for more, well, I think you already read everything good that I'd recommend (I also had to recommend something mediocre as Dei Ecchi Ei
).

Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo - Tokikake
Show Me the Money

And I would recommend this one since I think this is a really good unpopular read Yozakura Shijuusou (there 5 vol scanlated in mangafox)
