Boy falls in love first but doesn't immediately express it. Leverages money/some kind of power over girl to get her to stay with by him (or do stuff for him!) initially, but romance ensues! Like Hot Gimmick, First Girl, or 100% Perfect Girl

Ahh Hadashi de Bara wo Fume is turning out pretty interesting! I've read Hapi Mari, haha, but feel free to put down anything else even if you think they are bad taste! Your recommendations are very appreciated
As for Honey X Honey Drops I don't mind smut but I couldn't really stand that manga for some reason.
Edit: something like Antique Romance is ok too - reading your recommendations but please let me know if you have more!
