If its not a love triangle, abundant jealousy works, too!

I tend to avoid love triangle drama, but I think it is done pretty well in Nana and Paradise Kiss.

i love shoujo mangas with lots of jealousy too! (but not love triangles) and the first manga that came to my mind was skip beat! parfait tic is like that too
