Yep, I would also recommend Hapi Mari and maybe you can take a look at The Bride of the Water God - Even if this one focuses not directly on the ("arranged") marriage, the storyline has some nice twists and the fantasy setting has (the way I see it) no major effects on the romantic development. ^^
