I'm looking for manga that deals with hostility between two groups of people, in a community, in which one group holds power over the other because of a MINOR difference in appearance or lineage. Also i would appreciate it if the manga draws comparisons from real world events

code geass is a decent example. Basilisk is a much darker one. And zero no tsukaima is a lighthearted one. Also Superior and on a lesser note shingetsutan tsukihime.... and omamori himari but they tend to focus more on... other stuff >_>
Also a bit of it in tokyo crazy paradise cops daughter with a bunch of yakuza so its a lineage thing.... but they never get a chance to cause much violence over it(head would murder them) so idk if it really counts..... great to read anyway(don't let the start fool you it's pretty bloody/violent after a bit, but still nothing like basilisk)

Also ill add in seto no hanayome this one is lighthearted as well but dude gets quite a bit of discrimination. Also its somewhat present in immortal regis when the main char gets looked down on quite a bit.
2nd those parts of one piece as well. Hancocks story especially, definitely a must read imo.
