Awesome, non-perverted main character who is a dating sim master--it's pretty fascinating to see how he reacts to everything, and I rather liked it.

Seriously, oh my god! The current arc (190+ I think?) is so CUTE, oh my god!

I really enjoyed this series. I really don't care for harems because the guy is always "confused" and doesn't know who to pick, as if any guy wouldn't be having sex with every girl. They're just so unrealistic. This series puts on a nice twist to it with him losing interest as soon as the evil spirit is removed. The idea that one can win over a girl using only their knowledge of dating SIMs is absurd, but it works beautifully in this manga and is well put together. I started to get a bit tired of the same thing happening over and over, though. It's a bit repetitive. My biggest problem with this series is...

I ended up dropping the series somewhere between chapter 180 and 190 because of it. A mangaka just needs to know when to let a series end before it ruins it. Still, this is a decent series overall and I'd recommend it if you're looking for a good read.

Yes i agree with the people that either like,love or adore the manga.Haven't got a chance to watch the anime, but will try too. I caught up with the manga and am currently waiting for the next chapter. So far the manga is on my favorites list. Also the only reason i gave the manga a nine and not a ten is because the story has almost nothing to do with elsie, and shes the main herione!! I didnt say all i said almost. I know she was the reason or one of the reasons Keima (may boy character) started conquering girls and got involved with all the devil/goddess stuff, but after that its like she was just a side character even though she lived with Keima and kinda helped him conquer the girls. All through the story i was expecting her to show some amazing power or something like that but she didnt): Well the series is not over so maybe she'll be more like the main girl character later on......(hopefully)

I have read alot of shoujo and shonen and I must say this series amused me to no end, I loved the premise and I fell in love with not only elsie and keima but also the girls he captures. I don't recommend reading this for it's main plot because I feel the demonworld-humanworld politics/drama has been done so much better in other series. I felt that the capture arcs made this series fresh unique and fun, you will not be disappointed.

I like the main character, Keima! He is an interesting and funny guy! so far, i've never found a guy who likes game characters more then real ones xD
Elsee is just too cute! she is clumsy and very very cute!
I also like almost all the other characters!

I like plot! only a genius like Wakaki Tamiki can make mangas like this!
Anyway, there is no word to describe how much awesome this manga is!

The concept is simply brilliant, and so far the plot isn't deteriorating.
Keima is the "god of conquest": he's a master at playing galgames. To save his life, he now has to cooperate with Elsee to catch runaway spirits.. by filling the emptiness in girls' hearts by making them fall in love with him. So basically, he now captures "3D girls". It's an awesome manga, highly recommended. You can watch the anime first, but the manga goes a little more in-depth, so it's definitely worth rereading those chapters if you have the time.

Edit: volume 12 and 13 are absolutely awesome. They are thrilling, keep you at edge; and there's so much hilarious and genious stuff happening. I really hope the series will continue at this pace and quality.

I picked this series up 3 days ago and between working a full time job and little rest, I've managed to finally catch up and begin the anime! (it really is that good) This series is powerfully addicting if you enjoy romance, a strong protagonist, lots of girls, and storyline that constantly moves forward. Keima Katsuragi is a cold-hearted tactical dating-genius. He can "see the ending" to a kiss but when it comes to understanding feelings - he really sucks. He easily gets caught up in the moment and before realizing it, he doesn't know how to handle love. Reading this series really brings back memories.. start reading this now if you've ever fallen in love, or haven't because you just might learn a thing or two. [currently ch. 167]

I can't believe I haven't commented on this series yet, it is one of my all-time favorite manga. Every time I read another shounen romance manga, I only end up thinking "why can't this be more like TWGOK?" It is a series that subverts all other shounen romance tropes and then plays them straight to show them how it's done. Not to the mention the main character is freaking awesome. Anyways, if I had to decide on a flaw of this series, it might be how convoluted the main plot becomes. Part of me would be ok with just having a new girl to conquer every once in a while but part of me is glad that this series actually has an overarching plot.

I love it. It's one of my absolute favourites. The story is well-thought, and although it has its bad points(none is perfect), it kept me entertained. also, those fucking cliff-hangers... whoa, this manga may well contain the worst cliff-hangers I've seen. well, anyway, I love it, but looking at the comments It seems, you either love it, adore it, hate it or find it boring. so, it's totally worth the try =)
