There is a plot, not very complex, but at least, we will be able to get some ending. The author has really make effort to construct a logical plot. Indeed he explains the motivation of each character, why one character acts like this. You know character development.

It is for "mature" readers. due to very crude violence that may "disturb", it's rare tough.

seriously, the plot is very confusing. it keeps jumping back and forth. kinda twisted too. but definitely a hint of romance, which i guess to lighten up the dark theme. makes me wonder if the manga is based from a game...

as like most series once it gets to the main parts and stops the introductions and stuff then it gets boring it always does and if the main story started at chapter 60+ this series will be as long as gantz or prob half gantz started when kei started training the new guys in the dinosaur part i think

To me it seems like all you want is for the story to get to where the first scene in volume 1 chapter 1 was. Relax, a good story takes time, and time is what we all have. And then there's the fact that this is a SEINEN, NOT SHOUNEN manga. I'm sure you're so used to your fasttrack crappy shounen stories by now that you don't know quality even if it smacks you in the face.

I like how Zetman goes about the life of Jin, with the fights set up as accidental, almost. Quick and to the point, unlike those endless "you powered up? well guess what, I can power up too!" fights.

hmm keep reading this manga, unlike what the other guys said, 10 or 20 chapters later the main character returns. Though you would think this is a superhero manga looking at the (lame btw) name, its more seinen like, definitely not recommended for children. Ah, as others said, the romance is quite nice too, i definite recommend you to read this.

Very good series, extremely deep in its execution. The author did an awesome job in this manga, because you never feel as though anything is out of place. Sometimes, I felt as though the story was too slow or boring even, but the one thing that was constant was that I felt that everything that was happening in the story was necessary to the whole experience. Everything flows so well in Zetman: the action, the drama, the evolutions, the character interactions, etc. Great piece of work, definitely recommended for those action/heroic plotline lovers out there.

Its true that is easy to get lost in the story but for what i have read till now (wich is all) the story develops itself slowly (reeeally slowly) but (at least for moi) is worth it

As many have mentioned the story is quite start-from the ending-go-in-future-go-back-present etc... But still, after reading vol 7 im positively suprised and looks like this manga will be in my top 10 all time favs if it keeps up this =) You shouldnt give up on this just because of the side story, it will most likely blend nicely. Art is also top quality and character design is very cool ;]

It's a little slow at times, but I like it.

Some kind of low rated Gantz
-the art is the same than for I''s which is quite strange on first sight : most of the girls of I''s have thus their counter part in this .... thing .
-The storyline is in the same time poor (it only paves the way for slow paced fights and useless depict of guts ) and without the slightest coherence .
-Characters are very simplistic like shonen ones ...except we're supposed to be in a seinen....
- the general background is gruesome : there is as much sex and violence as in MPD Psycho , Berserk and Gantz gathered without the faintest ground .

Definetely to forget... read rather one of those quoted above .
