I would like to read some oneshot or something similar to this :-

- human with demon or anything side from human. I would prefer the girl is a human and the boy is 'something else'
- Something like the boy rescue or anything need to do with 'help'
- i just read 'SHUUJO SHUUTOME'
( I'm sorry no link because no data about this manga.. ah, what a pity)
- art is ok and can keep up with.
- end with tragedy or something unhappy or a lil bit sad.
- romance and love
- i would prefer 'childhood romance' where the girl meet the boy when she's a kid

Konoha is rather unique in that sort of storyline.

These aren't tragedies, but seem to fit otherwise:

Love Monster (smut)
Ten no Ryuu Chi no Sakura (they don't meet in childhood though)
Millennium Snow (they don't meet in childhood though)
Midnight Secretary (smut, they don't meet in childhood though)
Black Bird (haven't read it)

Otogibanashi no Fude-the girl is the 'something else'
Shinigami no Ballad- it's a series of oneshots but the story in vol.2 ch.5 best suits what you're looking for.

For Shuujo Shuutome is it possible you mean Shoujo Shuutome no Yuuutsu ? Otherwise idk.

Miyama Uguisu Yashika Jiken its the oneshot for ao no futsumashi but the story and characters are completely different. I think the ending is bittersweet but you might not so...
