They're not all shoujo, but if you like shoujo you'll probably like josei and there are a lot of shounen and seinen romance manga that appeal to everyone.

There's also the Weak Male Lead category, although if it's shoujo the male is unlikely to be the lead... oh well. It's got Kaede Taifuu though, sounds like what you're looking for.
