comedy + horror + romance
the best of those is ludwig kakumei
not in the list, but with some funny part Hana wa Knife o Mi ni Matou
wuthout romance i´d suggest Franken Fran. Just ignore the cover

Maybe....Ookami ga Kuru!?
It's not very scary, though

I second Franken Fran

I would say Mirai Nikki even though it's not funny I find it to be really ridiculous and over the top which makes me laugh while I read it. There is romance but I find it to be the really scary and unhealthy kind of romance, the manga itself is quite frightening as well.

These are guro (so beware):
Mai-chan's Daily Life. I didn't find this funny but many people think it is and I can see how someone would find it funny, considering how disgusting and ridiculously gory and light-hearted it is. It treats the horror aspect as a joke.
Several works by Shintaro Kago could be considered funny, especially Suck It which has a funny last page, but by the time I reached the end I was too traumatized to lau gh. Rereading it though, I found it hilarious.
