I want a manga where there is a love triangle, and in the end, she ends up with the guy that you never thought she would. Either that, or it should be hard to tell throughout the manga who she'll end up with (if it's this one, it really should be hard to tell).

The other thing I'm looking for is a manga where the guy she falls in love with is a kind, considerate person with a strong heart. He can't be a bad boy, but almost anything else is ok, I guess.

I'd recommend this to ANYONE. It's a really good series despite how awkward the title might be.

For the second part of your post I almost immediately thought about Shitsuji-sama no Okiniiri - for me it have almost exactly the same feel like Akagami no Shirayukihime - this tender affection between likeable girl and nice guy ^^

Also maybe MAX Lovely! or Taiyou no Uta will be something like it - guy is really nice and have a strong heart.
