I'm quickly running out of things to read :\
after i caught up with naruto/claymore/ OP and all those other shounen mangas, it's time for some shoujo mangas!

I'm looking for plots that are out of the ordinary with cute drawings. i guess nothing like Sprout where it talks solely about the protagonist's complicated love life/triangles >_> and the heavy drama got my head all in jumbles. i like them funny and light hearted, +5 volumes if possible

great examples are
Kamisama Hajimemashita <--- totally in love with this one right now
Dengeki Daisy
Ouran Koukou Host Bu (although this is not really out of the ordinary, i just adore the drawings)
Shiawase Kissa Sanchoume (the same goes for this one, the plot is slow but it's so cute)
Fruits Basket (wished there was more romance going on :\)
Oresama Teacher (from what i remembered, some scenes were really funny, and i loved their facial expressions )
love so life (the drawing is pretty. the plot is cute too)

although this is definitely NOT shoujo, Beelzebub is extremely funny. one of my favorites with over-the-top facial expressions <3 haha

Otokomae! Beads Kurabu ^^ silly, fun read (same mangaka as Dengeki Daisy)
Hana ni Arashi - you have to approach this knowing it's ridiculous.

I personally think that NAKAMURA Asumiko has adorable drawings... try I am a Piano and Minna Kirakira (adorable story). Though, her drawings are totally different from the works you mentioned.
