I've seen this phrase in a discussion of shoujo cliches and realized I simply must have some. ^__^
Even though it was labeled a cliche, I can barely remember a single title where this angle was explored. All that comes to mind is Zero no Tsukaima (which is not quite the same) and Toraware no Minoue (but the girl didn't seem to be the Oujo-sama type).
(suggestions aren't limited to shoujo)

Shitsuji-sama no Okiniiri
Kusuri Yubi Hime - read this yesterday and well, okay, he's not a butler per se but well, he may as well be one xD
Hana no Kishi - well okay, this one is a little bit of a twist from the criteria but well, it's a nice one

It doesn't have to be romance, but the girl in this one doesn't seem to be the Oujo type either. By that, I mean not a girl who somehow has to become a princess, but the personality type often associated with one: arrogant, rich, bossy, yet classy at the same time. (There was a TV Trope but I forgot the name.)
Sanity is a rare thing in this world of manga. XD

Why do you guys/gals persist on saying oujo when it's ojou.... and Wagamama na Butler is a REAAALLY BAD manga.
