Any genre is fine! But it has to be the main character or his/her romantic interest, not some person who appears from time to time. There can be redemption of this adorably evil character in the end, or they can be not totally evil to begin with, just semi-evil or something.

Thanks! What I mean errr someone who is rather evil but at the same time so cute you just want to glomp them. Doesn't have to be small or childish, just very very charming.
