a romance manga NOT about school. its okay if its college though, NO highschool ( maybe a bit). with reaally good looking guys like : Enjouji Maki's art or more preferable something thats like SHOUOTO Aya. Smut is OK :>

I had to laugh at your post because I literally almost made the same post about a week ago. Buuuuut then I realized that there's a school life genre. SO...

Fruits Basket - some school, but again not the main scenery. I thought this manga was kinda boring but a LOT of people love it (I did see the anime first, which may have contributed to my dislike of the story)

7 Seeds - oh how I wish this was completed
Spice and Wolf - although I've only watched the anime, but I liked it (:
Emma - very unique romance. It's a tastefully done Seinen. The way the story is told really starts to captivate you.

Glass Mask - do NOT let the old art style deter you from reading this. It's easily the best manga out there (ok, well VERY high ranking on my list). If you like Skip Beat you will definitely love Glass Mask. It defines the showbiz shoujo genre.
