so i am posting this hopefully in the right place.
i am looking for a good series, that has a male as the main character. with great destiny or powers, with a trouble past and even worst future. a bit of amnesia or identity problems. i don't like much harem, but i am okay with, through i prefer something thing doesn't have much romance maybe just hints or shounen- ai. and not to much girls but have action. i knew this may be not making any sense. but here i am think f series similar to this ones

Code Geass anime.

These might work. I strongly recommend Nabari, especially, if you haven't already read it. (It starts out "good"... but it quickly becomes absolutely excellent.)

9 Banme no Musashi is pretty good too, but has a female lead. Well... it's really no different from having a male lead though...

It fits everything you ask for (except the shonen-ai). However, its a webtoon so it may not be your cup of tea. But I wouldn't pass if up just because of that, it is truly some masterful storytelling and very compelling.
