Can anyone think of or recommend any other?

I guess you could also maybe try skip beat. It is a factor in the story (as one of the main male characters is a singer, though it isn't central to the story).

That would be shot down in an instant. they already said no more sub-genres would be added to the genre list.

And sorry the only ones that involve music that I know you already have listed. I thought Kimi ga Aruji de Shitsuji ga Ore de was going to be one, but so far it's been nothing but a harem.
