Hmmmm that's a hard choice. I don't know it's really tough and between Hana no Namae and Hana wa Knife o Mi ni Matou. I guess if I had to choose one it would be Hana wa Knife o Mi ni Matou. Reasons unknown since I have two other mangas that I gave higher ratings.

Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro
The art might be off putting for some (I personally like it), but the characters are definitely worth pushing through for. They grow tremendously, and the humour is hilarious. I've read it years ago, but the jokes still make me laugh, the touching moments making me tear up. I can't recommend it enough.

A Lollipop or a Bullet (it's not completely scanlated, but the light novel version is, so if you want you can read the light novel after you finish the manga to know how it ends.)
