I've recently ended Ichigo 100% and the aspect of this manga that liked me the most was the development of the story over more than 3 years (excluding the ending). So I want mangas with this kind of development, preferably comedy and/or action.
I don't want Hentai, Yaoi, Shonen Ai. Borderline ecchi is fine if it's only part of the manga and not the whole manga.
I haven't learn Japanese, so I prefer completely scanlated mangas if they have ended.
More examples that fits are Nozoki Ana, Aa Megami-sama or Genshiken (Is on my Wish list, but I've watched the anime and if the manga is like the anime, sure fits).

Huh.. I always feel the need to mention the good oldies when the opportunity presents itself.
Comedy and romance, no action:
Maison ikkoku The total run of the series compasses 7 or 8 years + a timeskip of a year or two for the final few "where are they now" epilogue pages.
@sunder
I can't believe I didn't think to mention Love hina and KoJika... I guess I'm tired.

Love Hina I think, comedy
Bakuman rom/com
Kodomo no Jikan comedy, some ecchi (and loli)

I think these fit;though it's been a while since I read them.

Do you mean romance developing over the years or just the story? Either way, check out age progression category.
I recommend:
Magician (Kim Sarae)
Zettai Karen Children
Historie - minimal romance
Vinland Saga - no romance
I don't recommend Kodomo no Jikan if you're squicked by pedophilia.

Kimi no Iru Machi, the story starts from when the MC is 15~16 years old, and up to the latest chapter, he is around 22 years of age.

Wow, there are more mangas than I tought. Thank you for the replys.
About the recomendations:
- I found KoJika and Usagi Drop in the past, but when I read the comments... Who knows in the future with Kodomo, but I hate incest, and I don't think I'm gonna read Usagi Drop in the future.
- Bakuman is in my wish List.
- About the other, I'm going to take a look at them. I know about some of them, but at first I only read short mangas. I think that, with the time, the reader knows more about what they are looking for.
If you have more recomendations, feel free to post them. I'm going to check them for sure. But now, with this and my wish list, I think I have enought for a time.

Suzuka - I think. I can't remember much of it since I read it years ago
and Adachi mangas like Cross Game, H2 etc. which usually spans 3 years

I've read Suzuka. Great manga. And Cross game is in my wish list. If I like it, probably I will read more mangas of this author.
And about the rest, I wil check them, except Capeta, which hasn't got too much scanlated.
Thanks for replying.

Blame! technically fits this description
Eden - It's an Endless World!
Beck
I"s I think. My memory's a little fuzzy on this one. It's a similar type manga to Ichigo 100%. Personally, I think it's better.

Here's a couple more that fit (except for the completely scanlated aspect), both of which I highly recommend:
Twin Spica - Starts with the protagonist seeking to enter a specific school, continues through her graduation and a bit beyond. While the scanlation was never finished, the series was completely published in English by Vertical (I'm not sure why it currently says the publishing status is ongoing, unless they're referring to the ebooks version...)
Hidamari no Ki - This series spans more than a decade in the lives of its two protagonists. Although the scanlation isn't too far along yet, the series is completely published in Spain...
Also, I see this is on your complete list, but for anyone else interested in the topic, Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou fits as well.
