I would suggest reading Futari no Renai Shoka (should fit your request to the T), but there is no translation available.

Sachiare! could fit your request too, but it's untranslated. This one is slightly ecchi, but it's non-H (despite being published in a H mag).

P.S. Ai-Ren fits your request in many points, but it's tragic in the long run, so...
