I just finished Solanin. It's 29 chapters and by the same author as Oyasumi Punpun. It's a cute, bittersweet story that I think was a nice read.

Basara has a little bit of that. It's kinda about a girl pretending to be a guy. Hope this helps!
Edit: Wait, nevermind. The girl's sexuality doesn't change. But it's still generally a good manga so I still recommend it

Yes! You are "allowed" to work with as many groups as you'd like. If you are in more than one group, try not to do the whole "well in my other group..." thing. What happens in a group stays in a group also, make sure that working in more than one group will not hinder ...
