I'm looking for a manga with art that isn't cramped or overly detailed, and it'll take me about a second to read a page. Just a fast manga with no confusing excessive art or dialogue

I don't have any examples though, which also means my list doesn't have to be public

But what kind of manga do you want exactly? I mean - shoujo/shounen, drama/comedy?

The only thing I can think of at the moment are works of Nananan Kiriko (josei).

You're gonna have to be a little more specific, I'm sure I can help you but I don't want to recommend manga you wouldn't dream of reading.
What demographic, and genre or genres in particular are you interested in?

Hourou Musuko
D-ASH (I think... it's been a while.)
Sukimasuki (I'm not positive on this one either.)
Pieta
Chokotto Sister

Oh you're right I should be specific.

Well originally I was going to just look for a really fast read with minamilistic art by reading the descriptions of your suggestions. And if it interests me I'll read it.

That's because I don't really have a favourite genre, and I read almost anything. (I do lean towards seinen and coming of age stories)

But since you want specifics as to what I hate:

- shonen ai (shojo ai is welcome though)
- shojo artstyles (Skip Beat, Lovely Complex...)
- stupid or predictable plots. Something like a harem where the loser gets all the girls or a person does something dumb and unbelievable and tries to pass it off as something smart or just an accident

Keep the suggestions coming!

Ilegenes, I suppose. But the plot isn't very simple, so you may not like it much.

Dogs Bullets & Carnage - Author rarely draws in the backgrounds, uses large panels with minimal text. Does not use tones. People always give Miwa-sensei a hard time for leaving out so much detail lol. Lots of cinematic effects and action panels.

Fuan No Tane And Yubikiri Hime - Are extremely short manga stories that are very minimalistic in text and art. Fuan No Tane usually only has a few words per story, sometimes a bit more.

Oh it's not that I want simple stories, I just want simple art that makes the manga a fast read. Complicated plots are all right.
