I'm looking for manga where something false (such as a lie, a rumor, an exaggeration, etc.) eventually becomes true.
So for example, it could be a romance manga where a guy pretends to be a girl's boyfriend to protect her from creepy dudes who try to pick her up; and eventually, the two eventually make their way into a real relationship.
Another example would be that a character initially lies about being really talented in something (such as a sport), but works really hard to improve at it.
Or it could be an action manga where the main character is mistaken for a legendary hero, but he actually does end up saving the world anyways.
So whatcha got?

Only thing that comes to mind is Mx0. A guy with no magical talent gets accepted into a magic school and must pretend to be super powerfully magical. Though he's a normal dude, he ends up doing some pretty badass stuff.
