I prefer those who are not based on Harlequins (western names and manners bother me in mangas, i like them typical Japanese better )

I would like to recommend you Anata ni Hana o Sasagemashou even though its not complete, its from the author of Midnight Secretary, I do believe this manga contains some smut (sex), its more of an arranged marriage than an omai.
And also Full House Kiss, it has a style of its compared to other's considering on how they 'first meet', don't know if you have read it or not, its definitely worth the read
I know its not what you are after, I would like to also recommend to you for a 'nice' one is Oishii Kankei and Ashita no Ousama both are very good and highly recommend.

Not what are you looking for but I highly recommended Oboreru Knife. Twisted story, more on psychological genre and complicated personalities IMO. Sadly this manga`s underrated.. 
Ah btw, maybe you can try Otomegatari or Emma, it`s seinen though
