The kind of couple that make you think 'it's good that they have each other', 'it can't be anyone else', or 'they made for each other'. I know it's kind of depend to the person who reads it but please just recommend it anyway. Oh, and it can be manga/manhwa/manhua.

Looking for:
-Cool, calm, stable, and experienced romance
-Mature couple that trust each other
-Seinen, josei, mature shoujo

Please avoid:
-naive, meddler, inexperienced leads
-flawless and too possessive male leads
-mainstream shoujo

Example:
-The playgirl X the gay one from They, Too, Love. Not really a couple but they have some kind of platonic relationship
-Shuna X Mikage from NG Life
-The playgirl X her ex from Crush on You
-any couple from anything by KIM Yeon-Joo.

Dengeki Daisy is probably another obvious one.
one of my favourite mangas in Nousatsu Junkie the art might get some getting used to, but i do love it. =) and i dont konw if its exactly what your looking for, but i think the couple is great together. theres some other couples thrown in as side characters, so it keeps it intresting too.
Koi dano Ai dano i would stroungly recommend, but you should read the perquel Warau Kanoko-sama first.
Pandora Hearts maybe.. the romance isnt the main part, but its always there.
Superior would be a good one.
Dear and it perquel Watashi no Ookami-san is another favourite of mine.

Tokyo Crazy Paradise, in case you haven't read it. It kind of does follow your criteria. The maturity in the relationship is sometimes mature, but kind of not. I definitely you should try it! The beginning is not that good, but later on as the romance level gets stronger, it's really interesting (at least in my opinion).

I know exactly what you mean. It's frustrating after a while because the romance gets trite and boring.

I find them perfectly compatible (Yukari and Naomi). The only problem is that they are not a couple (yet?) The manga is completed but as it is not fully translated to English I don’t know what will happen.
It's from the same mangaka as Bitou Lollipop and six Half which are on your wish list.

how about Bakemonogatari. Araragi and Senjohara(cant spell) are one of the best "perfectly compatible couple" in all of anime/manga

I'm reading it now, it's a real good one, thanks! Iketani Rikako isn't it? Her mangas are always subtle and different, I think she's one of my fav author now.
