Blood Alone Misaki definitely fits, but so far we've seen her second "personality" for a very short time.
Akumetsu May fit too, depending on how you define sharing a body.
Amamiya in Psyren
The Black Swan in Vampire Juujikai fit's too. Partly because she inherits the memries of the previous black swans, and partly because the black swan itself can be considered onther perso.

I second Hikaru no Go and Yu-Gi-Oh, they're really good. The Yu-Gi-Oh manga is way different and way better than the anime, by the way. I third Jun'ai Sensation.
