I want a manga that shows the progression of love from friends, to lovers, the many trials they face, to marriage and so on.

I enjoyed Kare Kano because we saw them through high school, saw their love progress, the many trials they faced, and then marriage and children.

Any other manga's like this?

Though not too much has happened so far, I'd say that Skip Beat has a developing romance

The mainstory from Game Over (MIZUTANI Fuka) progresses nicely.

AMANO Shinobu's Last Game seems to be heading into that direction as well.

And in Sore wa Totsuzen, Unmei no Aite ga by HIROMOTO Hiroki you can follow all the couples as they go down this road. Don't worry about the incest tag! You can simply skip the incestuous story as all the couples' stories stand on their own.
