Tired of romance manga... Need some NEW (2008) Action Manga!

I'm a big Action/Fighting/War/Superpowers type of manga reader. I'm not sure about everyone else, but I'm pretty sick and tired of reading topics asking for romance manga again and again... No good topics about some good kickass manga. So, I decided to make my own thread asking for suggestions since I haven't read any topics related to what I'm looking for.
I'm looking for manga from late 2007 and 2008. Something like Code Breaker, Luck Stealer, Blazer Drive, Katana, The Breaker, Double Arts, Psyren, etc. I think you get the point with all of those.
I don't like female leads, so please try to limit suggestions to male leads. Thank you. 😁
Edit: I know I put Katana in there even though it is much older than the rest, but I thought it described my taste quite well. So, ignore the year on that manga... lol.

Some good suggestions already. I like them all, but I have read a bit of Chain Saw, and I didn't really like it. I have a question though, and it might make me continue reading it... Does the guy get stronger? Or does he just get in the way?

He hasn't got strong yet.. but he moving towards being able to actually help in the fights and he does save the bear thing once or twice.

Chainsaw isn't really an action manga, it's not about the guy getting stronger and he probably won't much at all (combat wise, anyway, I can't really tell how closely the manga will follow the source material, and I've only seen bits of the film raw). It's based on a novel by Takimoto Tatsuhiko (Welcome to the NHK!'s author), and it's really more a story about adolescence, romance, and loss than it is about action.
I'm not really a huge action person, but I've liked what we've gotten so far from To Aru Majutsu no Index and Bara no Maria.

I was going to recommend Bara no maria, but he said he didn't like female leads soo....

I actually didn't recommend A Certain Scientific Railgun because of that, but I guess it somehow totally slipped my mind seconds later >_>. My apologies.

Didn't take account with the year data.
Too superficial, if you ask me. 😮
And doesn't determine a manga's quality, in my opinion.
Demon King (2001)
Maken-ki
Record of the Warrior (2004)
Tenjou Tenge (1998)

Eh, I typically only like manga with female leads, but if you don't mind a dual lead some of these might work:
Note: not all of them are 2008 series. All are from the last four five years though.
Aflame Inferno (2006) - manwha, cool male lead
Immortal Regis (2006) - manwha
Yakuza Girl (2008) - only one chapter so far. Male lead is kinda weak.
Shina Dark (2007) - male lead isn't always at the focus.
Vampire Juujikai (2003) - cool lead.
Change 123 (2005) - the male lead is worthless and kinda lame, but there at least is one.
And that's about everything from my lists that I can pass off as having a male lead (so far).
