I guess a good Josei manga that I've come across is It's not like that darling. it's not graphic (which is the way I prefer it), but it does have smut elements. It's got a strong heroine to.

Well if you treat as parody and crack up at all the melodrama... seriously though, most Minami Kanan stuff just doesn't qualify as comedy.
Boku ni Natta Watashi isn't so smutty, but it's a good hana kimi parody, though not sure it's trying to be one.
Chiyou yo Hana yo also takes a while to get smutty, but is pretty funny in the mean time.
Barairo My Honey hasn't hit smut yet, but pretty funny
