I haven't really read Special A but from the info page it sounds a bit different from Ouran...O-o Anything specific you liked about them and hope to find in suggested titles?

2)Cat street---good cause you don't really know who will end up with the girl
3)Love so life--a new one and its not bad at all. Got pretty high ratings because of the cuteness factor
4)Kimi no sei----just recently started this one and its really good so far
5)Men's kou--this one is awesome especially after some late revelations, problem is its not being scanlated anymore

Um special a and ouran high school host club are pretty different so didn't know what kind of plot or characters you wanted. so i just suggested ones that i thought were worth your time. By the way you should be more picky like Rainy Days said.
